What is SPGS Giving Day?

SPGS giving day is the school’s first giving day. It is a 36 hour focused challenge to bring together students, staff, parents, alumnae, Governors, former parents, and former staff, both virtually and physically, to celebrate and fundraise in the spirit of all that is excellent and inspirational about SPGS.

How can I get involved?

Follow us on the day, sharing and liking our posts on social media #SPGSGivingDay. Participate in one of our giving day challenges and unlock sponsored match funding.

What are we fundraising for?

We are raising funds to support current and future bursary students at SPGS. Currently, we are able to support 11% of the student roll with means tested bursary support. We are aiming to increase that number to 20%, and all funds raised during Giving Day support that goal.

Is it safe to make my gift online?

Yes, all payments through our Giving Day website are securely processed by Stripe. Any gifts through our usual online giving channels are also processed securely.

Can I make a recurring gift?

Yes. Click here to set up a regular gift. One year of your regular gift will be counted towards our Giving Day total and the yearly total will appear on the website.

Is there a minimum donation amount?

No, we are very grateful to all our donors for supporting Giving Day in any way they can.

Can I see my gift on this website?

Yes. If you have not chosen to make your gift anonymously, you can look at the donor wall to see your name.

How do I get in touch?

As a US donor, if I make my gift tax efficiently, will it still count towards the Giving Day?

Yes, it will. Your gift will be added to the platform as soon as we have received notification. There may be a slight delay due to time difference. Do not submit the form more than once. Please click here to make your gift.
